The Men In Black: Carlisle United

For the third time this season we get the privilege of a Premiership referee to officiate a game involving the Reds. Mr. Martin Atkinson from West Yorkshire gets the gig for the top of the table clash between Forest and Carlisle.

You have to go all the way back to the 2004/5 campaign to find a game involving Mr. Atkinson and the Reds. He took charge of two of our games during that season. They were the 2-1 away defeat at Watford, where he booked five players that day and the 3-0 FA Cup win at QPR.

So far this season he's taken charge of 30 games, where he's dished out 78 yellow cards and 5 red.

He will be ably assisted on the lines by Mr. D. Bryan and Mr. A. Watts. The 4th official is Mr. S. Atwell.
