'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Calderwood And Players Are Up For It

Not many would have thought in the immediate aftermath of last seasons' Play Off heartbreak, that we would get the chance to avenge that night on the final day of this season. But it has and victory over the Glovers could send us to the Championship, if Doncaster fail to win at Cheltenham.

Calderwood told the official site. 'The fact that we're playing Yeovil, who beat us in the Play Offs last season, makes it great theatre - a great story line.' He is possibly trying to play it down, but you just know he'd love it to be them that helped us on our way.

He was more than keen to heap the pressure onto Doncaster though, saying that we need to get an early goal to make them sweat. 'I think there's slightly more pressure on Doncaster, especially if we score an early goal and take the lead while their game is still level because we would then be in the box seat.'

You can tell he's up for it and the players are too. He said. 'There has been a sense of anticipation around the club this week because the possibility is still there of jumping into 2nd spot. I'm really looking forward to the game, I know the players are as well.'

CC admitted that they will be informing the players throughout the game of events elsewhere. He won't have to do that, as the reaction of the crowd will let them know in any case with fans tuned into the radio, as well as keeping an eye on the match. Not long now folks, it will be a tense and nervy afternoon that's for sure. Good luck to us and here's to celebrating come 5pm tomorrow.

Amazing the turn around you have had after Donny beat you at the end of March.
