Stay Off The Pitch Plea From CC

The City Ground will be at capacity tomorrow for the final game of the season and it's sure to be an emotion filled day, whatever the outcome.

Colin Calderwood has said he wants the players and coaching staff to be able to applaud the fans for their support this season and urges them to stay off the pitch at the final whistle.

CC told the official site 'The players and staff would very much like to show their appreciation to the fans for the magnificent support we have received throughout the season. We are really keen to have a 'walk around" and say 'thank you' after the game, but we can only do that if supporters stay off the pitch.'

Not a bad idea to stay off the pitch anyway folks, as the boys in yellow jackets will be only too keen to give you a tug and throw you out in the process.

still remember Sir Brian of Notthigham thumping a couple of fans who ran on the pitch, then they did a press conference and he gave them both a kiss! LOL They don't make them like Clough anymore.
The Fear
And the same fans thanked him for thumping them. Only OBE could get away with that.
God Almighty
Brings a smile to your face thinking about the man. You will never have anyone like him again.
