'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Forest Have Their Signings Lined Up

Robert Earnshaw is still the hottest name being linked with a move to the City Ground this summer and Reds' boss Colin Calderwood is doing little to dampen the speculation, saying that he expects his first signing in soon.

Calderwood told the official site. 'Our list is drawn up, we know who we want and we're going to try and move quite swiftly. Ideally if we get who we're after would be a great situation and would give everyone in the City another boost, adding to the mood of euphoria surrounding our promotion. We want to make the squad look as though it will be strong in the next division and hopefully we can conclude something soon.'

Forest are being linked with everyman and his dog at the moment, but the signature of Earnshaw looks like being the worst kept secret of the year so far. Whether that means the departure of Commons in the other direction, remains to be seen.
