Forest Transfer Gossip - Ben Watson

Prince Harry lookalike Ben Watson is rumoured to be a City Ground target, but Forest will face some stiff competition if they want to land the 22 year old midfielder.

Premiership clubs Middlesbrough and Bolton are also said to be keen on the youngster and Palace have reportedly turned down a bid of 1.25million, from Queens Park Rangers for him.

According to The Times, the Mutton Molesters are also keen on Watson. Seems that we are chasing the same players at the moment. It looks as though we'd be lucky to snap the lad up though, as he has a host of Prem clubs after him, but it would be a decent signing if it came off.

Watson is a Crystal Palace trainee and made his debut in 2003. He was voted Young Player of the Year for 2007 and has made 2 England U21 appearances. His club stats stand up well, with 13 goals from 153 appearances.
