Forest Fan Commons - Officially A Ram

It's been rumoured for weeks, but no one wanted to believe that former star man Kris Commons would sign for our arch rivals down the A52. But he has and today is the day when he officially became a Ram.

He joined Forest from Stoke in 2004 for £300,000 and quickly became a fans favourite with some spectacular goals. He made over 150 appearances for us and although inconsistent and injury prone, he was capable of winning a game with a moment of brilliance.

His departure will anger fans, because of his claims to be a Forest fan through and through. Although we can understand his desire to secure a better future for himself and his family, it's unacceptable for him to move to them and certainly not with our blessing. His return to the City Ground with the Sheep, is sure to be a vitriolic affair and he can expect a venomous reception when it happens. No details as regards his contract, but it's thought he's signed a three year deal, for a shed load of cash.

Commons becomes the sixth new signing for Jewell the porn star and follows hot on the heels of Nathan 'I used to be good' Ellington, Reuben 'Who' Zadcowich, Paul Connolly, Jordan 'I should have signed for a big club' Stewart and Paul Green.

One decent season in the championship in my opinion, Stoke didn't fancy him. We shall see if he can emulate it with alot of expectation behind him.
