An Evening Of Sir Brian Clough At The Broadway

Duncan Hamilton spent more than 20 years at the Nottingham Evening Post, covering Forest through the glory years and beyond. Not only is he a respected journalist, he's an award winning author as well.

Hamilton was the winner of the prestigious 2007 William Hill Sports Book of the Year, for his work, 'Provided You Don't Kiss Me - 20 Years With Brian Clough.' It recounts the good and bad times of 20 years as a trusted ally and confidente of Old Big 'Ead. The event at the Broadway is on Tuesday 24 June, 6pm.

Also on stage will be Nottingham Playwright Stephen Lowe, who wrote the acclaimed play 'Old Big 'Ead.' The two authors will hold a discussion after seeing archive footage of the Great Man himself in action, with clips of TV interviews about his career.

For ticket details of the event, contact Broadway here. Alternatively you can phone 0115 9526611.

Sounds like a good evening we had Graham Taylor in April
