No Deal-Tyson Rejects Forest Contract Offer

The hopes of Nottingham Forest securing the services of Nathan Tyson next season look to be fading away with news that he's rejected a new contract offer from the club.

Tyson still has a year to run on his current deal and Forest were hoping to tie him to the club for the foreseeable future. According to Sky Sports News, he's knocked back the offer.

Although he's spent a large amount of time in the treatment room, he's a popular player with the fans. He has undoubted talent and the potential to go along way in the game. Fans would be disappointed to see him go and there's no shortage of admirers, with Norwich and Bristol City being linked with a move for him. It would seem that if Forest want to keep him then they will have to improve the terms currently on offer.

He would be a quality signing for Ipswich

He always looked to make the difference to Forest when playing last season. Spends far too much time on the treatment table though.
