Andrew Cole has today come back to his hometown club and becomes the 4th impressive summer signing for Colin Calderwood and Nottingham Forest.
Andrew (you mustn't call him Andy) Cole has joined on a free transfer on a 12 month contract, after being released by Sunderland at the end of the season.
The former Arsenal, Newcastle Utd and Man Utd hitman may be 36 years old, but he was still banging in the goals last season, even on loan at Burnley where he bagged 8 in 13 appearances.
His goalscoring ability stands up to the closest of scrutiny, as he is the second highest all time scorer in the Premiership with 187 Premier League goals. He also made 15 appearances for England.
He'll be a welcome addition to the Forest ranks and will hopefully carry on his goalscoring exploits with the Reds'. Welcome home Andrew.
