Grzegorz Rasiak To Forest?

Grzegorz Rasiak To Forest?

Grzegorz Rasiak could be the second player from the Sheep dip to sign for Forest this summer, if the rumours are true.

He's currently out of favour at Southampton and spent the end of last season on loan at Bolton Wanderers. He would be the fifth striker that Forest have signed during the close season and the second from the Rams, following in the footsteps of Little Earn.

There's no doubting his goalscoring pedigree, as he bagged 24 in 62 appearances for the Saints. He's also scored a few important goals against us, whilst playing for the Sheep.

It would surely spell the end for Tyson with the additions of Earnshaw, Cole, Garner and Darnet during the summer. It would add some weight to rumours that Calderwood was watching the Saints the other night and with their well publicised financial difficulties, Southampton may be happy to offload him. It could also lend some weight to the fact we were linked with their midfielder Saganowski, who is also Polish. Whether it's true or not, it's a juicy bit of gossip for an overcast Wednesday morning doncha think?
