Old Glass Legs Is Out Again

Nottingham Forest striker Nathan Tyson is awaiting the results of a scan to assess damage to his hamstring.

If the worst fears are confirmed, this will be the third time he has had an injury of this type since signing from Wycombe in 2005.

Colin Calderwood told the official site. 'The results of the scan will probably come back tomorrow, but it's obviously a problem with his hamstring again. We'll get the results of the scan and take it from there.'

Tyson hasn't played any part in the last two games for the Reds and will probably miss the final warm up game against Notts at the weekend. His Forest career has been riddled with injuries of this type and he's spent more time in the treatment room than the Physios. It will be a real blow to us if the worst is confirmed, but we're kind of getting used to this by now. Get well soon Nathan.

Any truth in the rumour that he pulled his hamstring bending down to pick up his new contract?
