'If It's Football, It's Vital'

McGugan Added To Injury List

Nottingham Forest have today announced that midfielder Lewis McGugan is the latest player to be sidelined. News from the club says he has a small tear to a thigh muscle.

McGugan joins a growing list in an already crowded treatment room, that includes Andy Cole, Joe Garner, Paul Anderson and Arron Davies.

Manager Colin Calderwood said. 'It's something he may have picked up towards the end of pre-season, hence the fact he missed the Morecambe game. He was in great pain after the Swansea game....and when we had it scanned this week, there was a small tear at the top of his thigh.'

Questions are being asked as to whether these injuries are down to the training methods at the club, due to the fact that we have so many crocked players. I don't suppose we'll find the answer to that, but with five out already, it's a fair point to raise.
