Forest Injury List Is Clearing Up

The international break came as a welcome respite for Billy Davies and his walking wounded, with the time off giving players the chance to shake off the nasty niggles and knocks that have hampered us so much this season.

Davies told the official site. 'We had a few players with minor injuries going into the international break but the last couple of weeks have come as a big help to them in terms of rest and treatment. The likes of Paul Anderson and Isaiah Osbourne have really benefitted over the last ten days and they are now fine and taking a full part in training.'

Forest still have doubts over Guy Moussi and Matt Thornhill, but they still have time to stake their claim for a place at the weekend. Forest visit Barnsley on Saturday for one of the most important games of the season. At least Davies will have something better in terms of numbers to pick from, rather than that of recent games.
