Turner To Return To Toffees?
Radio Nottingham has today reported that on loan keeper Iain Turner has sustained a broken toe. It means he'll be out for the rest of the season and will probably return to his employers at Everton.
Turner has made three appearances for the Reds' since signing on loan in March. His form for Forest has been indifferent to say the least and whilst he did provide competition and a much needed kick up the backside for Smith, he did cost us a few goals.
The injury will be a severe blow for us, as the only other option available to Davies now, is to revert to the previously inept Paul Smith. Hopefully the three games that Smith has been out, will have given him time to work on his weaknesses.
