'If It's Football, It's Vital'

The Men In Black: Coventry City (h)

Not for the first time this season, we have the honour of welcoming a Premiership standard referee to the City Ground, as Mr. Steve Tanner from sunny Somerset gets the gig for the vital encounter with Coventry.

He took charge of two Reds' games last season. Both against Doncaster, when we drew 0-0 at home and lost 1-0 away at the Keepmoat. So far this season, he's taken charge of 29 games, in which he's dished out a whopping 97 yellow cards and 7 red. He clearly loves the paperwork.

Mr. Tanner will be ably assisted on the lines by Mr. M. Cairns and Mr. T. Massey. The fourth official is Mr. J. Moss.
