Lincoln City Take Heath On Loan

There has been something in the way of solid news from the Nottingham Forest official site this week, in that young starlet Joe Heath has gone out on loan to League 2 side Lincoln City.

He joins the Imps on a 6 month loan deal and should get some valuable first team experience with them. The 20 year old defender made a great impression in the 20 appearances for us last season and is definitely one for the future.

Davies has stated that a few more will be going out on loan, as he bids to get the younger fringe players first team football. Davies told the OS, 'Joe did very well last season and it will be good for him to get regular first team football. We are looking to get that kind of experience for a lot of our younger players.'

In other news, former Red and team captain Ian Breckin, signed a permanent deal with Chesterfield. He'll team up with his old team mate and drinking partner Jack Lester.
