Majewski Wins Vital Forest Player Of The Month

Majewski Wins Vital Forest Player Of The Month

Midfielder Radoslaw Majewski, has hit the ground running since arriving on loan from Polish side Polonia Warsaw in July. With only 6 appearances for the Reds' under his belt, he's already a firm favourite with the fans.

He's won himself many admirers in his short spell on Trentside and those performances so far this season, have won him the Vital Forest Player of the Month for August.

Majewski won the award with 39% of the vote, closely followed by team captain Paul McKenna, with 38%. Although Majewski is on loan at present, a deal of £1.5m is in place, to make it permanent at the end of the season. If he continues the way he's started, then that looks a very good deal indeed.

I had never heard of him but he has turned out to be a great signing. The goal against the sheep will stay in the memory for a while
