Three Make It Into Team Of The Week

Three Make It Into Team Of The Week

Three Forest players have made it into this weeks official Football League Team Of The Week.

Defenders Chris Cohen and Chris Gunter, as well as striker Dexter Blackstock, were all chosen following their performances in the 1-0 victory over Newcastle at the weekend.

It's a remarkable turnaround in fortunes for Cohen, who has been like a fish out of water since his move to left back. But, his performance against the Geordies was his best of the season since his move from midfield.

The selection of Chris Gunter probably came as less of a surprise, as he's been consistently good for us all season. Striker Dexter Blackstock wont come as much of a surprise either, as his goal won the points on the night and saw him carry on his steady but nonetheless impressive form since signing permanently from QPR in the summer.
