'If It's Football, It's Vital'
Shorey Could Be 1 Of 4 Major Signings For Forest
If Forest boss Billy Davies gets his way (and he probably will), Aston Villa defender Nicky Shorey will be one of four significant signings being made by the club in January.
Davies told the Sporting Life. "We've signed him for 28 days and after that point we'll try and sit down and negotiate with Aston Villa with regards to extending the loan or, fingers crossed, trying to conclude a permanent deal." We believe a fee of £1.3M has already been agreed between the two clubs.
As for the other three names on the list.....we'll be announcing them next week! At the moment, Vital Forest have a transfer target list with 11 names on it. Most have already been mentioned on the forum, but there are one or two surprises in there.
