Loan Moves For Forest Duo

The official site has today anounced that midfielder Matt Thornhill, is to join League 2 side Cheltenham Town on a month long loan deal.

This will be Thornhill's second time out on loan this season, following a spell at Brighton that was cut short. He was sent home early from the Seagulls, having found himself in and out of the side. He will need to make his time at Cheltenham more successful than that at Brighton, if he wishes to have any future under Billy Davies.

Striker Joe Garner could also be on his way. There's no shortage of clubs looking to take him either, with League 1 Playoff hopefuls Millwall the favourites to land him. His former club Carlisle looked to be his destination, but they are struggling to meet his wages.

It'll do him good to get some games under his belt playing up front for a change. Shame he didn't get to play against D*rby in the cup though, they'd be out!
