Forest Still Challenging Despite Defeat

Despite playing well and having the majority of possession, Forest lost 1-0 away at Coventry City last night. It was a game in which they posed little threat upfront and paid a heavy price for some sloppy defending.

A 25th minute goal from that man Freddy Eastwood, sealed the points for the Sky Blues. Moussi and Garner had chances for the Reds', but unfortunately it was a night when for the most part, the lads were firing blanks.

There was some good news on an otherwise disappointing evening for Forest, in that Derby defeated Newcastle 3-0, to knock them off top spot in the table. West Brom take over from the Geordies on goal difference, with both teams only 4 points ahead. The Reds' are still in 3rd, 7 points ahead of Cardiff.
