Gunter Targets Foxes To Get Back To Winning Away

Three away defeats on the bounce have seen a few people question the credentials of Nottingham Forests' promotion challenge this season, but defender Chris Gunter believes that a win at Leicester on Saturday will silence the doubters.

Defeats at Doncaster, Coventry and Derby, saw the unbeaten run away from home come to an abrupt end, but the home form has ensured that the push for promotion is still on track. The next 4 games, sees the Reds' on their travels in 3 of them and Gunter says a win at the Walkers will show the lads mean business and have what it takes.

Gunter told the NEP. 'This is a good Forest team and we want it where people are wary when we come to play them; when they know that they are going to be playing a good side. It is a good chance for us to get back to that at Leicester this weekend.'

After Leicester, Forest face trips to Preston and Barnsley. A good run of results following those games will see the pressure mounting on fellow chalengers Newcastle and West Brom. A win at the Foxes on Saturday will keep us in second place and put us in good shape for the visit of the Swans at home the following weekend.
