Boyd Signs For Forest

The Peterborough Evening Telegraph, says that winger George Boyd has joined Nottingham Forest on loan until the end of the season, with a view to making it permanent in the summer.

The news comes after internet speculation about the 24 year old came out this afternoon. The paper says the news has been confirmed to them, by sources in Nottingham.

Boyd is having a great season at Posh and despite the club facing a battle against relegation, he's bagged 12 goals for them so far this campaign. No official news about his signing for Forest has been made by either club yet, but it appears that quite a few other sources have.

he'll do you proud will George, watched him at Stevenage years ago - decent skills, good feet and an eye for a goal!
