It's Forest v Blackpool In The Playoffs

Following the 2-2 draw at Scunthorpe and their 3rd place finish in the table, Nottingham Forest now know that they will play the donkey lashers of Blackpool in the Playoff semi finals.

The official site has confirmed the dates for the 2 games, with the 1st leg taking place at Bloomfield Road next Saturday, KO 12.45pm.

The 2nd leg will be at the City Ground on Tuesday May 11, KO 7.45pm.

Now begins the race for match tickets for the away leg and many Forest fans are set for disappointment. Blackpool only have to allocate 10% of their capacity to NFFC, which means we are only likely to receive around 1,200 tickets. When you bear in mind that we took 3,000 up to Bloomfield Road a few weeks ago, not everyone that wants one will be successful.

Blackpool secured their place in the Playoffs, with a 1-1 draw at home to Brizzle City. It brings to an end a remarkable season for the Seasiders as well, as they take their place in the semis, on the back of 7 wins from their last 8 games.

Both games will however be screened live on TV, so we will get to see the action. The other semi final game, will see Fester play Cardiff. Bring it on!
