Hull Midfielder-Latest Name On The Rumour Mill

According to the Daily Mirror, Hull City midfielder Dean Marney could be on his way to the City Ground this summer.

The paper also says that we're about to gazzump Burnley for his signature. Marney is one of many players expected to be exiting the Humberside club over the summer, as they attempt to lower their wage bill.

Marney is 26 and has made over 125 appearances for the Tigers, since joining them from Spurs in 2006. Looking around the various City forums, it would appear they wont to too upset at his departure. Can he do a job for Forest? Have your say on the forum today.

not really.. I would prefer Pratley but if we can get Marney cheap then why not sign both and sell / loan McGugan

I see what you mean there young man and agree about prately but signing both would mean paying more pointless wages which people forget is paid for by the chairman. If we would get 2 CM in then we would have too many places for CM. Dont forget about the mouss, McKenna, Raddi and Cohen. And McGugan if we keep him
