Peterborough 1-0 Forest
Forest were beaten at Peterborough on Saturday afternoon as pre-season continued with a former loanee scoring the decisive goal.
George Boyd spend the latter part of last season on loan at The City Ground, although a permanent deal did not materialise, and it was his goal that secured a 1-0 win for Posh at London Road on Saturday afternoon.
A young Forest side was also beaten, and heavily, 3-0 at Kidderminster on Saturday afternoon.
This continued a mixed bag of results for Forest in pre-season so far, although pre-season is more about conditioning of players and building up this fitness as opposed to results, right?
