Davies Nominated For Manager Of The Month

Billy Davies got the good news yesterday, in that he was nominated for the September nPower Championship Manager of the Month Award. It was a good month for King Billy, that saw his team achieve victories over Preston and Swansea, as well as remaining unbeaten.

He faces some stiff competition for the award in the form of everyone's favourite manager Colin Warnock. His QPR side made it 4 wins out of 5 and sit 6 points clear at the top of the table. I think it's congratulations Colin!

Also nominated for the award to be announced on Thursday are Watford boss Malky Mackay and Readings' Brian McDermott.
