Earnshaw To Captain Wales - Gunter In Squad

Forest striker Robert Earnshaw will captain Wales on Wednesday night for the first time, when they take on Scotland in the Carling Nations Cup. Team mate Chris Gunter has also been called up to the squad.

Earnshaw has made 52 appearances for Wales, but this will be the first time he's captained the side. Arsenal midfielder and former Forest loanee Aaron Ramsey is the regular captain for the Welsh, but he is being rested for the two games in Dublin.

Wales play Scotland at the Aviva Stadium in Dublin on Wednesday and Northern Ireland on Friday. Both games KO at 7.45pm.
