'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Forest v PSV - KO time and McClaren's thoughts

Despite originally being scheduled for 7.30pm this evenings pre-season friendly with PSV Eindhoven will in actual fact kick-off at 7.45pm.

The glamour friendly at The City Ground, against the Dutch giants, will kick-off 15 minutes later than originally planned and advertised.

The club officially confirmed this this morning.

As far as the game goes Steve McClaren, talking on the official website, is prepared for another test against one of Europe's finest: 'I thought the game against Stuttgart on Saturday was hard but this is another test - a big test because they are one of the top clubs in Europe.

'It's a different kind of a test because of the way they play the game - one that will be more about focus, concentration and discipline than anything else.

'It will be an interesting game. Fans should come down and watch a PSV side who are very, very talented and play great football.'
