Former Forest stars on the move?

Republic of Ireland winger Andy Reid looks close to leaving Tottenham Hotspur ahead of the start of the new season.

The former Nottingham Forest star was offered to Wigan recently as part of an exchange deal for full-back Pascal Chimbonda and is also a target for new Sunderland manager Niall Quinn.

Another ex-City Ground star Martin O'Neill is set to return to football as the new Aston Villa manager within the next 24 hours according to reports.

O'Neill will be partnered by long time assistant John Robertson at Villa Park.

Andy Reid has never really stepped up to the challenge of the Prem He's a good player, but I must question his self belief to be a great player "does he really want it" I dont think so personally. I believe he's had chances but never really cut it with Martin Jol, so if a left midfielder comes in he'll be moved on before the August deadline
North Devon Spurs
