'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Righting the wrongs

Steve Cotterill is not willing to give too much away but the Forest manager says that he knows where he would like tinker with things to get Forest back on track.

He knows exactly where he is with his squad and to get them moving in the right direction, after the 3-0 weekend defeat at Portsmouth, again only a minor adjustment is needed: 'I know exactly where we are.

'I have found that out in a short space of time. I know where we are with everything. I don't want to be too open or too public with my thoughts, but I do have an idea of where I would like to tinker with things now.

'We have to work with what we have got, generally. I knew that when I took the job on. But there is still not a lot wrong with us. We played well against Portsmouth and we absolutely did not deserve to lose 3-0.

'I am working extremely hard with the players and they are working extremely hard for me and the staff. We need to focus on the positives.'

Cotterill has the time during the international break to put the finishing touches on the changes he will make and any possible loan moves he might be able to make, finances permitting?
