The Hare Is Back......Training

Marlon Harewood could be a surprise January signing for Nottingham Forest, if he manages to impress whilst training with the club that kick started his career back in 1996.

Steve Cotterill told the official site, that Harewood was invited to train with the team, as his current contract with Chinese club Guangzhou R&F expires next month.

Harewood left the Reds' in 2007, to join West Ham for a fee of £500,000. He scored more than 50 goals in just under 200 appearances for Forest and was a favourite amongst the City Ground crowd.

Not sure if this is just for info purposes or to excite me? However is this what we have come to - 32 year old ex player who cant get a gig in this country so goes to China to play? I guess so - HE NEEDS TO STOP BEING MARDY AND SELL THE CLUB - INSTEAD OF JUST SAYING HE IS - THERE ARE PLENTY OF POTENTIAL BUYERS OUT THERE I AM SURE FOR OUR GREAT CLUB - moral is getting lower by the day - cant see where any good news is gonna come from whilst he is still around and acting like a child
