Return Of The Hare

Marlon Harewood has agreed to sign a four month contract with the Reds, when he becomes a free agent on January 1.

Harewood is now 32 years of age and left the Reds' in 2007, to join West Ham for a fee of £500,000. He scored 55 goals in 205 appearances for Forest and was a favourite amongst the City Ground crowd during his time at the club. Harewood has also had spells at Villa and Blackpool, as well as loan spells with Wolves, Newcastle and Barnsley, before moving to China in the summer to play for Guangzhou R&F.

The official site says Harewood is unlikely to be available for the away game at Ipswich on Monday, due to the time it will take to sort his international clearance between the Chinese football authorities, the Football Association and FIFA. Welcome home Marlon Harewood.

Return of the Hare??? - more like The club of The Has Beens who cant get a gig elsewhere, while the talent all heads out the door - How can anyone think this story is good news for Forest??? All of this is happening coz we had the nerve to question the way Nigel was running things and showed discontent so Mardy took the ball away. I am so angry and depressed at what is happening to my club & cant see it getting any better while he doesn't sell (BUT APPARANTLEY HE IS TRYING YOU KNOW- Meanwhile somewhere in the (Gotham) City 'pour me another Claret Martha, - of course Nigel - Did you catch the Forest result today by the way old chap? - Nero Nigel is fiddling (the books???) while Rome burns...... HAPPY NEW YEAR............
