The Men In Black: Leeds Utd v Forest

Mr. Eddie Ilderton from sunny Tyne and Wear gets the gig for the nPower Championship clash at Elland Road this evening, between Leeds United and Nottingham Forest.

This will be the third time this season that Mr. Ilderton has had the pleasure of refereeing a game involving the Reds'. The omens do not bode well for us in this one, as we suffered defeats in both previous games. Back in September we were thumped in our heaviest loss of the season to date, when we went 5-1 down at Burnley. Mr. Ilderton also took charge of the 3-0 home hammering dished up by Southampton back in January. Adding insult to injury, Old Eddie also saw fit to give Luke Chambers his marching orders in that game, for a late 2nd half challenge on a Saints player.

So far this campaign, Mr. Ilderton has taken charge of 30 games in which he's dished out 66 yellow cards and 4 red.

He will be ably assisted on the lines by Mr. Lee Metcalfe and Mr. Stephen Ross. The fourth official will be Mr. David Storrie.
