'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Calderwood Set To Be Party Pooper

Forest manager Colin Calderwood hopes to disappoint millions of arm chair football fans tonight when the Reds take on Accrington Stanley, in this televised game.

Football fans all around the country will be tuning in to see League 2 minnows Accrington Stanley try to pull one over the twice European Champions.(No prizes for guessing the number of times that is mentioned.)

Calderwood told the os that they had two aims tonight. First was to navigate a safe passage through to the next round and secondly to disappoint the fans tuning hoping to see a cup upset. 'It will be a challenge for us and it's the obvious reason why Sky chose to televise the game.'

Calderwood said he didn't want anything to upset the apple cart. 'People are hoping there will be an upset and a shock. For that to happen Accrington will have to beat us. We're in a nice mood at the moment and we're desperate to continue it.'

KO 7.45pm.
