'If It's Football, It's Vital'

And Your Vital Forest Player Of The Season Is.....

You have voted on loan Wolverhampton Wanderers midfielder Adlene Guedioura, as the Vital Forest Player of the Season.

Guedioura won the award voted for by readers of this site in a poll that saw the Algerian international collect 38% of the votes.

In a season of struggle for the Reds', there were few genuine candidates, but Guedioura did stand out and was a more than worthy winner.

Defender Joel Lynch gave him a good run for his money and came a credible second, with 23%. Garath McCleary, who won the lesser award on the NFFC official site (said firmly with tongue in cheek), finished in third place with 16%. Other notable mentions go to Andy Reid 7% and Lee Camp 6%.

McCleary 16%
