Bookies Make Redknapp Favourite For Forest Job

Former Portsmouth and Tottenham Hotspur manager Harry Redknapp, is leading the betting with bookmakers Coral, to become the next manager of Nottingham Forest.

Steve Cotterill's chair is still warm, but the bookies have wasted no time in opening the betting on his replacement. Redknapp leads the betting at 3/1, along with Peterborough boss Darren Ferguson.

Alex McLeish and Roy Keane are well backed at 8/1, with former player and current Team GB manager Stuart Pearce at 10/1.

Coral spokesman James Dirs said. "The new owners are really making their mark on the club and certainly have the resources to entice a big name. We`ve already laid bits of Redknapp, but have also seen money for controversial legend Deigo Maradona, 60/1 into 33/1.'

You can check out a full list of betting at the Coral website.
