Head to Head: Bolton v Forest

Nottingham Forest travel to Bolton tonight, for the first meeting between the two sides in 11 years. The last time we met, was back in 2001 for a League Cup tie, which the Trotters won 1-0.

Forest and Bolton met three times the last time the two teams shared the same division back in the 2000/1 season in the old Division 1. They won the League Cup game 1-0 at the Reebok and also won the league game at the City Ground 2-0. The Reds' earned a 0-0 draw in the return visit to the Reebok.

The two sides have met a total of 70 times in the League. Forest have won 23, drawn 18 and lost 29 of their encounters.

Tonight's game will be shown live on Sky TV (KO: 7.45pm).
