Q - The beginning of this season is a drastic improvement on last season`s start, has Colin Calderwood impressed you and just what is he doing differently to have turned basically the same squad of players around in such a short space of time?
He`s impressed me. His training methods are excellent and also quite scientific in terms of fitness. Every session is monitored. He has a good relationship with his players and therefore gets good honest performances. We also receive a lot of information about our opponents which helps us to beat them.
Q - Many Forest fans believe that your best position is in the hole behind the front two, do you have any preference as to where you play or are you happy just to be in the starting eleven.
When I first came back to the club for my second spell I played centre midfield and really enjoyed that too. I don`t mind where I play although I did enjoy playing in the hole last Saturday when we beat Chesterfield.
Q - Have you set yourself any personal targets for the season?
I never set targets as I never know which position I will play in and what role I will be given.
Q - Was there ever any doubt in your mind when the opportunity came up to join Forest a second time the season before last? You have a great relationship with the Forest fans was that a factor when you came home?
My relationship with the fans and the club was a massive factor in my decision to come back to Forest. I love playing for the club and have no regrets in my decision.
Q - Talk us through the early season penalties misses, what happened?!
They have given me a few sleepless nights! I have no explanation for the misses. When I saw the ball going over I felt shocked and a bit baffled. It was disappointing but luckily we won both matches.
Q - What would you say is your personal favourite Forest moment or goal?
My equaliser goal at home against Leicester in the 96th minute. The atmosphere that day was awesome and the buzz I got from scoring was amazing. I still watch it from time to time.
Q - What Car do you drive and which CD is in your car currently?
I have a VW Golf which I bought when I first signed for the club over 6 years ago and the CD player is broken! However, if it was in working order the Arctic Monkeys CD would be in it.
Q - What did Johnno say to you after you pulled down his shorts during that goal celebration at the City Ground?!
"I knew it would be you!"
Q -Who would you say is the worst dressed player at the club?!
First place Julian Bennett, second place Rune Pederson and for third I`d go for Gino Padula.
Q - Apart from yourself obviously Jack, who is the main comedian and also the main whipping boy in the squad currently?
Neil Harris makes me laugh a lot and Spencer Weir Daly takes a lot of stick, but he takes it well and is a great lad.
Q - Who is your room mate for Away trips, why and what is his worst habit!?
John Thompson. He has no bad habits to be fair - an excellent roomy!
Q - Promotion this season Jack?!
That is our belief and our target.
