Vince On Loan Again

Vince On Loan Again

Defender Vincent Fernandez, today joined Blackpool on a months'loan spell.

This is the Frenchmans' second period on loan so far this season. He had previously been to Wycombe Wanderers where he made two appearances for the League 2 outfit.

The 20 year old has impressed in the reserves this season and is tipped to make it into the first team eventually. Manager Colin Calderwood will be hoping he can gain the valuable experience he wouldn't get in the reserves. When Calderwood first took over at the City Ground, he said it would become club policy to send as many youngsters out on loan as possible.

Might as well go out on loan for the experience I suppose. Maybe he can do us a few favours against our promotion rivals - perhaps thats Colin's plan?
