Forest To Look At Video Evidence

The Reds' midfielder will be hoping to get the red card he picked up in the horror show at Oldham on New Years Day rescinded.

The influential player was given his first red card when going up for a challenge with Latics Will Haining. It is thought referee Kevin Friend sent the player off for elbowing. But Forest will look at video evidence and decide if there is a case for the player. Whilst it would be naive to blame the defeat on Clingans sending off, there is no doubt it did not help matters.

The referee who has been described in some reports as a bit of a homer, also gave a dubious penalty decision after Southall was adjudged to have brought down a player outside the box.

These bans hardly ever get overturned but we could do with him for next 3 games, otherwise we have even less of a midfield than before! We do have a decent case as well.

Forest have already looked at the video evidence and lodged an appeal :)
goddammit
The FA is ******* awfull on these matters. They back the reff rarther than the game or the supporters. We are a serious position our game. The FA gives FA as they are paid loads and sit on wages knowing that they can't be chucked out of their job.
