Some Good News From The Forest Treatment Room

The Nottingham Forest physio staff are earning their money at the moment, as they begin to clear out the treatment room at the City Ground.

Both Simon Cox and Radoslaw Majewski are fit and available, after returning from their respective injuries faster than anticipated. Majewski was a surprise inclusion on the bench for the win over Burnley last weekend. The Polish midfielder was in fine form prior to picking up an ankle injury in the home defeat to Millwall last month.

According to Sean O'Driscoll via the official site, Simon Cox has 'defied medical opinion,' with his unexpected early return. Cox was expected to be out for up to two months with an ankle injury, sustained in the win at Wolves last month. He's only missed 3 games and walked into the ground on Monday morning declaring himself fit.

It all bodes well as we enter the hectic festive period and whilst the game at Brighton this weekend may be a little early for Cox, it is good to know we will have him available sooner than expected.
