'If It's Football, It's Vital'

It's Bristol For O'Driscoll

It's only 3 weeks since Sean O'Driscoll was sacked from his role as manager of Nottingham Forest, but he's wasted no time in finding alternative employment, having taken up the offer to manage Bristol City.

O'Driscoll was today officially announced as the man to take over from Derek McInnes, who was sacked from his post on Saturday, following the Robins' 4-0 home defeat to Leicester City. The Ashton Gate club currently sit bottom of the Championship table.

It's fair to say that O'Driscoll's sacking from Forest came as a bit of surprise to most fans due to the relatively healthy league position the club were in. At the time of SO'D's dismissal, the club lay 7th in the table, just 1 point away from a Playoff place.

Good luck Sean O'Driscoll. I think Bristol City have a better chance of avoiding the drop with him in charge.
