Nottingham Forest manager Colin Calderwood has warned his side's League One promotion rivals Forest will only get stronger until the end of the season.
Reds boss Calderwood saw his side return to winning ways by beating Chesterfield 2-1 at the weekend, meaning Forest currently lie third in the table. He said: 'We have picked up some good experience throughout the course of the season and it looks like we are now improving because of the results we have had.
'We had definitely been needing a victory to avoid too much pressure being put on the boys and to keep them relaxed. We have now sent a psychological message to those other teams who are lining up around us.'
He added: 'Now we need to continue what we are doing in training and what we are doing in matches.'
