Tudgay Checks Out

Whilst there is a few days delay in posting this article, I still thought it worthy of comment and to pass on my thanks for one particular memory.

Marcus Tudgay originally joined Nottingham Forest on loan on 29th October 2010, from Sheffield Wednesday - the loan was made permanent in the following January.

During his Forest career, Marcus has made a total of 66 appearances, with 16 from the bench and scoring 13 goals in the process - the most successful season being the first.

Tudgay, recently celebrated his 31st Birthday & has also had 2 loan spells at Barnsley during this time, scoring 4 from 14 appearances.

One memory stands out above all - Marcus bagged a brace against his former club, in the 5-2 defeat of Derby County at the City Ground on 29th December 2010.

So, with his contract expiring in the summer, Marcus will see out the remainder of his contract at Charlton, although he will be ineligible to face Forest when they come to the City Ground in March.

We wish you good luck & for that memorable day alone - thank you Marcus.
