It's Tranmere Away!

The first competitive fixture of the season has been announced courtesy of the draw for the First Round of The Capital One Cup.

Forest have been handed an away day trip to Prenton Park, to face Tranmere Rovers - now managed by Rob Edwards.

The ties will take place in the week commencing 11th August, but the exact date & time of the kick off are yet to be confirmed.

The Championship fixtures are due to be announced at 9am tomorrow, so, diary dates will be finalised once Sky have picked their choices for televised games.
