Kris: I Have Not Rejected Contract

Nottingham Forest midfielder, Kriss Commons has moved to reassure the fans that he has not rejected a new contract.

'My current contract runs out at the end of the season but I want to reassure fans that I haven't rejected a new offer.

'I'm a Nottingham boy, I love the club and my primary aim is to help the club get promoted this season.'

He would not be daft enough to reject a new contract without knowing what division we will be in next season. If he rejects now and we do go up, he may find himself frozen out and there are no firm offers on the table for him at the moment as an alternative.
