Brazil Signs New Forest Deal
Nottingham Forest have confirmed this afternoon that Academy Manager Gary Brazil has signed a new long term extension at the club.
Brazil stepped up last year with success to the role of caretaker gaffer of the first team following the departure of Philippe Montanier, and on the arrival of Mark Warburton he stepped back into his Academy role where he has in the past few years overseen the development of the likes of Ben Osborn, Joe Worrall, Matty Cash, Ben Brereton and Jordan Smith.
Nottingham Forest chairman, Nicholas Randall QC told the Official Forest Site of his contract extension.
'A functioning and productive Academy is vital to the long term success of any football club. The Nottingham Forest Academy has produced some outstanding young talent and securing the continued involvement of Gary will provide much needed continuity and stability in this most vital of areas.'
