Weir-Daley Back In Fold

Spencer Weir-Daley could have a role in Nottingham Forest's play-off challenge.

The young striker's loan spell with League One rivals Bradford came to an end on Saturday and he will return to the Club for the play-offs.

The Reds will face Yeovil at Huish Park on Friday in the first leg of their play-off semi-final, with the second leg at The City Ground a week later.

Manager Colin Calderwood confirmed: 'Spencer will be back training with the rest of the lads on Tuesday.'

Calderwood has also revealed that Forest attempted to recall Weir-Daley from his loan spell with Bradford last week ahead of Saturday's game against Crewe but failed to get the necessary clearance.

John Thompson and Kevin James' loan spells with Tranmere and Swindon respectively have also come to an end.

We need everyone we can get with Jack on the verge of suspension and a severe lack of options going forward. If Commons or Holt get injured we are screwed.

I don't think he'll get used at all
