Steve Blatherwick Testimonial

Colin Calderwood gave all of his 18 man squad a run out in former Forest player Steve Blatherwicks' testimonial game at Saltergate this afternoon.

The game ended with a 1-0 victory to the Spireites, after a 12th minute goal from 38 year old Wayne Allison.

This was the third game in a week for Forest and Calderwood will hopefully have learned a lot in the process. The results have been mixed with a 5-0 victory at Ilkeston, followed by a 1-1 draw at Rushden and Diamonds.

Next week the Reds travel to Scotland for three games against Kilmarnock, Dunfermline and Motherwell respectively.

If you think Forest need to bolster the forward line, or want to join in with the Forest debate, then join in on the forum.
